Boehner: No regulation can stop stupidity | Times 247

Boehner: No regulation can stop stupidity | Times 247: House Speaker John Boehner says new financial regulations wouldn't have stopped JPMorgan Chase from posting a $2 billion trading loss.

"There's no law against stupidity. No law against stupid trades," the Ohio Republican said in an interview taped to air Sunday on ABC's "This Week." ...

"I don't believe there's anything in Dodd-Frank- that would've prevented — this activity — at JPMorgan," Boehner added.
