Biospheric Engineering: Planetary Defense of Humanity, Episode 3

Biospheric Engineering: Planetary Defense of Humanity, Episode 3

The same week in which LPAC released NAWAPA XXI, a report was issued from the office of the Director of National Intelligence from the United States declaring the water crisis a point of conflict in the coming decades. Where that report paints a picture of fixed resources, and a threat to national and global security as the people of the world fight over the diminishing supply, we view this as a challenge to be overcome by humanity as a whole with the development of new resources, with NAWAPA XXI as the benchmark example.
There is nothing regular or even necessary about this crisis; there is a direct intent to suppress solutions by which it were overcome. The British imperial intention is depopulation and genocide.
We also feature an overview of developments world-wide, and an interview with Executive Intelligence Review China correspondent Leni Rubinstein on China's nation-wide water transfer project: Move South Water North.
